[1-(1-oxazol-4-yl-cyclopropylcarbamoyl)-cyclopropyl]-carbamic acid benzyl ester (70 mg, 0.21 mmol) was dissolved in MeOH (10 ml), followed by the addition of 10% Pd/C (35 mg). The solution mixture was stirred under H2 balloon for 1 h. The reaction mixture was filtered through celite. The solvent was concentrated under high vacuum pump to afford 42 mg of 1-amino-cyclopropanecarboxylic acid (1-oxazol-4-yl-cyclopropyl)-amide as a off-white solid product, m/z 208.8 [M+1]+.
