The title compound was prepared from 5,5-dimethyl-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-benzo[b]oxepin-9-ylamine and (2,5-dichloro-pyrimidin-4-yl)-[2-methoxy-4-(4-methyl-piperazin-1-yl)-phenyl]-amine in the analogous manner to Example 179. Product was isolated as a tan solid (12 mg, 10%). LCMS (m/e) 523 (M+H); 1H NMR δ 8.28 (d, 1H, J=7.8 Hz), 8.21 (d, 1H, J=9.1 Hz), 8.03 (s, 1H), 7.74 (s, 1H), 7.48 (s, 1H), 6.89-6.97 (m, 2H), 6.58 (s, 2H), 4.01 (m, 2H), 3.90 (s, 3H), 3.22 (m, 4H), 2.61 (m, 4H), 2.38 (s, 3H), 2.07 (m, 2H), 1.69 (m, 2H), 1.39 (s, 6H).
