The title compound was prepared from 1-methoxy-6-morpholin-4-yl-6,7,8,9-tetrahydro-5H-benzocyclohepten-2-ylamine (50 mg, 0.2 mmol) and (2,5-dichloropyrimidin-4-yl)-(2-methoxy-4-morpholin-4-yl-phenyl)-amine (64 mg, 0.18 mmol) in an analogous manner to Example 946 to afford a white foam (95 mg, 88%). Mp: 122-4° C. LCMS (m/e) 595 (M+1); 1H-NMR (CDCl3, 400 MHz) δ 8.28 (d, J=9 Hz, 1H), 8.10 (m, 2H), 7.58 (s, 1H), 7.40 (s, 1H), 6.91 (d, J=9 Hz, 1H), 3.94 (s, 6H), 3.75 (m, 7H), 3.22 (m, 5H), 2.90 (m, 2H), 2.70 (m, 2H), 2.60 (m, 2H), 2.40 (m, 2H), 2.11 (m, 2H), 1.79 (m, 2H), 1.37 (m, 1H).
