Title compound was prepared from 3-[2-(2,5-Dichloro-pyrimidin-4-ylamino)-phenoxy]-propionitrile and 8-Amino-5,5-dimethyl-1,3,4,5-tetrahydro-benzo[b]azepin-2-one in a manner analogous to Example 1221d. Product was isolated as an off-white foam (96 mg, 56%). 95% HPLC purity, LCMS 477.24 (M+H), 1H-NMR (CDCl3, 400 MHz) δ 8.37 (d, J=8.0 Hz, 1H), 8.25 (s, 1H), 8.07-8.05 (m, 2H), 7.75 (s, 1H), 7.55 (s, 1H), 7.33 (d, J=8.6 Hz, 1H), 7.14-7.08 (m, 2H), 7.01 (t, J=7.7 Hz, 1H), 6.86 (d, J=8.0 Hz, 1H), 4.24 (t, J=7.9 Hz, 2H), 2.88 (t, J=6.2 Hz, 2H), 2.46 (t, J=6.8 Hz, 2H), 2.12 (t, J=6.6 Hz, 2H), 1.42 (s, 6H).
