(2-{5-Chloro-2-[3-(2-methoxy-ethyl)-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1H-3-benzazepin-7-ylamino]-pyrimidin-4-ylamino}-3-methyl-phenoxy)-acetonitrile was prepared from 3-(2-Methoxy-ethyl)-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1H-benzo[d]azepin-7-ylamine and [2-(2,5-Dichloro-pyrimidin-4-ylamino)-3-methyl-phenoxy]-acetonitrile in an analogous manner to Example 1221d. Title compound isolated as a white foam, (60 mg, 45%) LCMS 493.18 (M+H), HPLC purity 99%, 1H-NMR (CDCl3, 400 MHz) δ:8.04 (s, 1H), 7.32-7.28 (m, 1H), 7.11-7.08 (m, 2H), 7.03 (s, 1H), 6.96-6.93, (m, 2H), 6.83 (d, J=8.0 Hz, 1H), 6.57 (s, 1H), 4.70 (s, 2H), 3.55 (dd, J=5.6 Hz, 2H), 3.38 (s, 3H), 2.85-2.81 (m, 2H), 2.75 (dd, J=5.6 Hz, 2H), 2.72-2.67 (m, 6H), 2.28 (s, 3H).
