Title compound was prepared from 1-Acetyl-8-amino-2,3,5,6-tetrahydro-1H-benzo[b][1,5]diazocin-4-one and [2-(2,5-Dichloro-pyrimidin-4-ylamino)-3-methyl-phenoxy]-acetonitrile in an analogous manner to Example 1221d. Product was isolated as a white solid (104 mg, 76%). MP: 210-214, LCMS 506.15 (M+H), HPLC purity 97%, 1H-NMR (DMSO-d6, 400 MHz) δ 9.65-9.63 (m, 1H), 8.83-8.85 (m, 1H), 8.15 (s, 1H), 7.6307.61 (m, 1H), 7.36-7.32 (m, 3H), 7.14 (d, J=8.5 Hz, 1H), 7.07 (d, J=7.7 Hz, 1H), 6.90 (d, J=8.6 Hz, 1H), 5.11 (s, 2H), 2.58-2.54 (m, 2H), 4.15-4.11 (m, 1H), 3.60-3.52 (m, 1H), 2.85-2.81 (m, 1H), 2.28-2.24 (m, 1H), 2.16 (s, 3H), 1.60 (s, 3H).
