Title compound was prepared from 3-(2-Methoxy-ethyl)-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1H-benzo[d]azepin-7-ylamine and (2,5-Dichloro-pyrimidin-4-yl)-(2-methanesulfonyl-phenyl)-amine in an analogous manner to Example 1221d. Product was isolated as a white solid (34 mg, 31%). LCMS 504.08 (M+H), MP 184-188, HPLC purity, 99%, 1H-NMR (CDCl3, 400 MHz) δ 11.70 (s, 1H), 10.25 (s, 1H), 8.38 (d, J=8.3 Hz, 1H), 8.07 (d, J=7.8 Hz, 1H), 7.98 (s, 1H), 7.58-7.54 (m, 1H), 7.50-7.42 (m, 2H), 7.34 (s, 1H), 7.12 (d, J=8.6 Hz, 1H), 3.98-3.88 (m, 2H), 3.85-3.78 (m, 2H), 3.65-3.50 (m, 2H), 3.37 (s, 5H), 2.92 (s, 3H), 2.98-2.80 (m, 4H).
