Title compound was prepared from 3-(2-Methoxy-ethyl)-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1H-benzo[d]azepin-7-ylamine and 2-(2,5-Dichloro-pyrimidin-4-ylamino)-3-fluoro-benzamide in an analogous manner to Example 1221d. Title compound isolated as an orange solid (29 mg, 21%). LCMS 487.20 (M+H), MP 128-134, HPLC purity 90%, 1H-NMR (DMSO-d6, 400 MHz) δ 9.37 (s, 1H), 9.22 (s, 1H), 8.16 (s, 1H), 8.06 (s, 1H), 7.73 (s, 1H), 7.52-7.43 (m, 3H), 7.21 (s, 1H), 7.13-7.10 (m, 1H), 6.83-6.80 (m, 1H).
