Title compound was prepared from 8-Amino-1-ethyl-5,5-dimethyl-1,3,4,5-tetrahydro-benzo[b]azepin-2-one and (2,5-Dichloro-pyrimidin-4-yl)-(2-fluoro-6-methanesulfonyl-phenyl)-amine in an analogous manner to Example 1221d. Product isolated as a white solid (32 mg, 22%). MP=217-218, LCMS: 534.09 (M+H), 1H-NMR (CDCl3, 400 MHz) 6 (8.18 (s, 1H), 7.97 (s, 1H), 7.89 (d, J=7.6 Hz, 1H), 7.55-7.46 (m, 4H), 7.21 (d, J=8.6 Hz, 1H), 7.13 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 1H), 3.75-3.73 (m, 2H), 2.99 (s, 3H), 2.29-2.26 (m, 2H), 2.10-1.99 (m, 2H), 1.33 (s, 6H), 1.21 (t, J=7.1 Hz, 3H).
