2-[5-Chloro-2-(4-oxo-4,5-dihydro-6-oxa-10b-aza-benz[e]azulen-9-ylamino)-pyrimidin-4-ylamino]-3-fluoro-N-methyl-benzamide was prepared from 9-Amino-6-oxa-10b-aza-benz[e]azulen-4-one and 2-(2,5-Dichloro-pyrimidin-4-ylamino)-3-fluoro-N-methyl-benzamide in an analogous manner to Example 1223c. Product was obtained as a tan ppt. MP 223-225 (dec) LCMS 493.09 (M+H), HPLC purity 95%, 1H-NMR (DMSO-D6, 400 MHZ) Δ 9.56 (s, 1H), 9.48 (s, 1H), 8.52 (d, J=4.6 Hz, 1H), 8.23 (s, 1H), 7.68 (s, 1H), 7.43 (d, J=7.6 Hz, 1H), 7.34 (s, 1H), 7.17-7.10 (m, 2H), 7.08 (s, 1H), 6.53 (d, J=2.5H, 1H), 4.67 (s, 2H), 2.73 (d, J=4.5 Hz, 3H).
