Title compound was prepared from 8-Amino-1,3,4,5-tetrahydro-benzo[b]azepin-2-one and 2-(2,5-Dichloro-pyrimidin-4-ylamino)-3,5-difluoro-N-methyl-benzamide in an analogous manner to Example 1221d. Title compound was isolated as a beige solid (136 mg, 82%). MP=250-252 (dec), HPLC purity=93%, LCMS=473.14 (M+H), HNMR (DMSO), 9.54 (bs, 1H), 9.38 (s, 1H), 9.28 (s, 1H), 8.52 (d, J=4.4 Hz, 1H), 8.21 (s, 1H), 7.53 (dd, J=7.9 Hz, 1H), 7.36 (d, J=8.6 Hz, 1H), 7.17 (d, J=7.9 Hz, 1H), 7.04 (s, 1H), 6.97 (d, J=8.1 Hz, 1H), 2.72 (d, J=4.0 Hz, 3H), 2.59-2.56 (m, 2H), 2.09-2.03 (m, 4H).
