Title compound was prepared from (2,5-Dichloro-pyrimidin-4-yl)-(2,4-difluoro-6-morpholin-4-yl-phenyl)-amine and 3-(2-Methoxy-ethyl)-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1H-benzo[d]azepin-7-ylamine in an analogous manner to Example 1221d. Title compound was isolated as a white solid (80 mg, 48%), HPLC 99% purity, LCMS 547.26 (M+H), 1H-NMR (DMSO-d6, 400 MHz) δ 9.69 (s, 1H), 9.37 (s, 1H), 8.52 (s, 1H), 8.13 (s, 1H), 7.28 (s, 1H), 7.17 (d, J=7.9 Hz, 1H), 7.02 (dd, J=6.9 Hz, 1H), 6.88 (d, J=8.2 Hz, 1H), 6.83 (10.9 Hz, 1H), 3.70-3.68 (m, 2H), 3.62-3.58 (m, 2H), 3.55-3.50 (m, 4H), 3.37-3.35 (m, 2H), 3.33 (s, 3H), 3.15-2.87 (m, 10H).
