In an analogous manner to Example 1542, the product was prepared from [A] 2-{5-Chloro-2-[3-(2-hydroxy-ethyl)-8-methoxy-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1H-3-benzazepin-7-ylamino]-pyrimidin-4-ylamino}-N,N-dimethyl-benzenesulfonamide and N-(tert-Butoxycarbonyl)-L-valine. The product was isolated as a pale yellow foam (65 mg, 45%). 1H-NMR (CDCl3, 400 MHz) δ 9.36 (s, 1H), 8.55 (d, J=8 Hz, 1H), 8.16 (s, 1H), 8.02 (s, 1H), 7.90 (d, J=8 Hz, 1H), 7.58 (t, 1H), 7.51 (s, 1H), 7.26 (m, 1H), 6.67 (s, 1 h), 4.32-4.28 (m, 2H), 3.89 (s, 3H), 3.33 (d, J=5 Hz, 1H), 2.87 (m, 2H), 2.84 (m, 2H), 2.82-2.70 (m, 13H), 2.10 (m, 1H), 1.01 (d, J=7 Hz, 3H), 0.95 (d, J=7 Hz, 3H).
