In an analogous manner to Example 1534, the product was prepared from 2-(2,5-Dichloro-pyrimidin-4-ylamino)-N-methyl-benzamide and 2-(7-Amino-8-methoxy-1,2,4,5-tetrahydro-3-benzazepin-3-yl)-ethanol. The 2-methoxyethanol solvent reacted with the benzamide resulting in the product (40 mg, 37%). mp: 125-131° C., MS (ESI+): 542 (M+H), 1H-NMR (CDCl3, 400 MHz) δ 11.03 (s, 1H), 8.85 (d, J=8.6 Hz, 1H), 8.16 (s, 2H), 8.15 (s, 1H), 7.53 (t, J=8.1 Hz, 1H), 7.49 (s, 2H), 7.11 (t, J=7.2 Hz, 1H), 6.68 (s, 1H), 4.55 (t, J=8.6 Hz, 2H), 3.90 (s, 3H), 3.79 (m, 2H), 3.66 (m, 2H), 3.46 (s, 3H), 2.91 (m, 2H), 2.83 (m, 2H), 2.69 (m, 6H).
