The title compound was prepared in an analogous manner to the preparation of example 381 by combining 7-Amino-5,5-dimethyl-1,3,4,5-tetrahydro-benzo[b]azepin-2-one and 3-(2,5-Dichloro-pyrimidin-4-ylamino)-4-methyl-thiophene-2-carboxylic acid methylamide to yield an orange solid (11%). LCMS: m/z=485.08 (M+H+), 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 8.91 (s, 1H), 8.05 (m, 2H), 7.65 (s, 1H), 7.45 (d, 1H, J=8.6 Hz), 7.29 (m, 1H), 7.01 (s, 1H), 6.75 (d, 1H, J=8.6 Hz), 6.11 (m, 1H), 3.52 (m, 3H), 2.93 (d, 3H, J=4.8 Hz), 2.35 (m, 2H), 2.06 (m, 2H), 1.31 (s, 6H).
