A solution of EXAMPLE 318C (8.90 g) and piperazine (10.34 g) in dimethylsulfoxide (100 mL) was heated to 85° C. After stirring for 3 hours, the reaction was cooled, diluted with ethyl acetate (400 mL) and washed with water (2×250 mL), brine (250 mL), dried over magnesium sulfate and concentrated to give the title compound.
