Procedure

A mixture of EXAMPLE 419C (1.25 g) and 5% palladium on carbon (0.35 g) in ethanol (20 mL) was treated with a balloon of hydrogen. The reaction mixture was stirred overnight. The solid was filtered off. The filtrate was concentrated. The residue was purified by flash chromatography on silica gel to give the title compound.
