Reaction Steps
Compound 12 (0.05 mg, 0.12 mmol) was added to 4 mL methylamine (40% sol. In water). The mixture heated at 65° C. in for 24 h. After concentration in vacuo, the residue was purified using prep. TLC (10% MeOH:DCM). 1HNMR (CD3OD) δ 2.90 (s, 3H), 3.78 (m, 1H), 3.91 (m, 1H), 4.13 (d, 1H), 4.34 (d, 1H), 4.64 (m, 1H), 6.06 (d, 1H), 8.11 (s, 1H), 8.38 (s, 1H), 9.05 (s, 1H).
