The title compound was prepared as described in Example 1 step 7, except that 8-(piperazin-1-yl)-5-(thiophen-2-yl)imidazo[1,5-a]pyrazine was substituted for 5-(furan-3-yl)-8-(piperazin-1-yl)-[1,2,4]-triazolo[4,3-a]pyrazine. 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3) δ: 8.40 (s, 1H), 7.74 (s, 1H), 7.45 (dd, J=5.1, 1.2 Hz, 1H), 7.37 (dd, J=3.6, 1.2 Hz, 1H), 7.25 (s, 1H), 7.18 (dd, J=5.1, 3.6 Hz, 1H), 3.91 (t, J=5.1 Hz, 4H), 2.59 (t, J=5.1 Hz, 4H), 2.37 (s, 3H). MS m/z: 300 (M+H+).
