The title compound was prepared from (S)-6-(2-hydroxy-2-methylpropyl)-6-phenyl-3-((S)-1-(4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)phenyl)ethyl)-1,3-oxazinan-2-one and 2-bromo-N-cyclopropylthiazole-4-carboxamide following a procedure analogous to that described in Example 1 Step 2. LC-MS Method 2 tR=1.252 min, m/z=542.1; 1H NMR (CDCl3) 0.61 (m, 2H), 0.81 (m, 2H), 1.04 (s, 3H), 1.12 (s, 3H), 1.49 (d, 3H), 2.06-2.24 (m, 5H), 2.29-2.40 (m, 1H), 2.71-2.89 (m, 2H), 5.62 (m, 1H), 6.94-7.01 (m, 2H), 7.19-7.31 (m, 5H), 7.35 (s, 1H), 7.61 (m, 2H), 8.01 (s, 1H).
