The title compound was prepared from (R)-6-(2-aminoethyl)-6-phenyl-3-((S)-1-(4-(pyridin-3-yl)phenyl)ethyl)-1,3-oxazinan-2-one by treatment with MeSO2Cl. LC-MS Method 2 tR=1.525 min, m/z=480.2; 1H NMR (CDCl3) 1.52 (d, 3H), 2.05-2.32 (m, 6H), 2.81 (s, 3H), 2.86 (m, 1H), 2.93-3.04 (m, 1H), 3.06-3.20 (m, 1H), 4.73 (s, 1H), 5.63 (q, 1H), 6.95 (d, 2H), 7.05-7.22 (m, 2H), 7.23-7.40 (m, 6H), 7.71 (d, 1H), 8.50 (d, 1H), 8.66 (s, 1H).
