The title compound was prepared from (R)-3-((S)-1-(4-(2,4-dimethylthiazol-5-yl)phenyl)ethyl)-6-(4-fluorophenyl)-6-(3-hydroxypropyl)-1,3-oxazinan-2-one employing a procedure analogous to that described in Example 12 Step 2, followed by a procedure analogous to that described in Example 8 Step 2 using ammonia. LC-MS Method 1 tR=1.38 min, m/z=482 (M+1); 1H NMR (CDCl3) 7.32 (m, 5H), 7.18 (d, 2H), 7.04 (m, 4H), 5.69 (q, 1H), 2.84 (s, 3H), 2.45 (s, 3H), 2.02 (m, 1H), 1.55 (d, 3H).
