The title compound was prepared from (S)-3-((S)-1-(4-bromophenyl)ethyl)-6-(2-hydroxyethyl)-6-phenyl-1,3-oxazinan-2-one and pyridine-2-boronic acid following procedures analogous to those described in Example 1 Step 2. LC-MS Method 2 tR=0.976 min, m/z=805.3; 1H NMR (CDCl3) 1.50 (d, 2H), 2.06-2.19 (m, 2H), 2.26 (m, 3H), 2.83 (m, 1H), 3.53 (m, 1H), 3.71 (m, 1H), 5.64 (m, 1H), 6.94 (d, 2H), 7.14 (m, 1H), 7.24 (m, 3H), 7.28 (m, 2H), 7.56 (d, 2H), 7.67 (m, 3H), 8.59 (d, 1H).
