The title compound was prepared from (S)-3-((S)-1-(4-bromophenyl)ethyl)-6-(2-hydroxy-2-methylpropyl)-6-phenyl-1,3-oxazinan-2-one and pyridine-2-boronic acid following procedures analogous to those described in Example 1 Step 2. LC-MS Method 2 tR=1.542 min, m/z=430.23; 1H NMR (CDCl3) 1.02-1.15 (d, 6H), 1.50 (d, 3H), 2.09-2.21 (m, 6H), 2.32 (m, 1H), 2.78 (m, 1H), 5.65 (m, 1H), 6.98 (d, 2H), 7.15-7.30 (m, 6H), 7.55 (m, 1H), 7.70 (d, 1H), 8.60 (d, 1H).
