The title compound was prepared from (S)-3-((S)-1-(4-bromophenyl)ethyl)-6-(2-hydroxyethyl)-6-phenyl-1,3-oxazinan-2-one and 6-methoxypyridine-3-boronic acid following procedures analogous to those described in Example 1 Step 2. LC-MS Method 2 tR=1.269 min, m/z=432.2; 1H NMR (CDCl3) 1.50 (d, 3H), 2.05-2.35 (m, 5H), 2.90 (m, 1H), 3.51 (m, 1H), 3.70 (m, 1H), 3.97 (s, 3H), 5.63 (m, 1H), 6.85 (d, 1H), 6.92 (m, 2H), 7.17-7.35 (m, 6H), 7.81 (d, 1H), 8.32 (s, 1H).
