The title compound was prepared from (R)-6-(4-fluorophenyl)-6-(3-hydroxypropyl)-3-((S)-1-(4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)phenyl)ethyl)-1,3-oxazinan-2-one and 3-chloro-6-methylpyridazine following a procedure analogous to that described in Example 1 Step 2. LC-MS Method 2 tR=1.09, m/z=450; 1H NMR (CDCl3) 1.26-1.39 (m, 1H), 1.50 (d, 3H), 1.59-1.70 (m, 1H), 1.81-1.99 (m, 3H), 2.09-2.20 (m, 2H), 2.22-2.34 (m, 1H), 2.71 (s, 3H), 2.90 (m, 1H), 3.50 (t, 2H), 5.67 (m, 1H), 6.90-7.08 (m, 4H), 7.19 (m, 1H), 7.21 (m, 1H), 7.33 (d, 1H), 7.62 (d, 1H), 7.77 (d, 2H).
