The title compound was prepared from (S)-6-(4-fluorophenyl)-6-(2-hydroxy-2-methylpropyl)-3-((S)-1-(4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)phenyl)ethyl)-1,3-oxazinan-2-one one and 4-bromo-2,6-dimethylpyridine-N-oxide following a procedure analogous to that described in Example 1 Step 2. LC-MS Method 2 tR=1.354, m/z=493; 1H NMR (CDCl3) 1.18 (d, 6H), 1.48 (d, 3H), 2.08-2.21 (m, 5H), 2.36 (m, 1H), 2.53 (s, 6H), 2.82 (m, 1H), 5.65 (m, 1H), 6.98 (m, 4H), 7.18 (m, 4H), 7.28 (m, 2H).
