The title compound was prepared from (R)-6-(4-fluorophenyl)-6-(3-hydroxypropyl)-3-((S)-1-(4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)phenyl)ethyl)-1,3-oxazinan-2-one and 5-bromopyrimidine following a procedure analogous to that described in Example 1 Step 2. LC-MS Method 2 tR=1.332, m/z=436.1; 1H NMR (CD3OD) 1.49 (d, 3H), 1.83 (m, 2H), 2.14-2.28 (m, 4H), 2.42 (m, 1H), 3.08 (m, 1H), 3.49 (m, 2H), 5.52 (m, 1H), 6.99 (t, 2H), 7.08 (d, 2H), 7.23 (m, 2H), 7.42 (d, 2H), 8.91 (s, 2H), 9.06 (s, 1H).
