Prepared according to the general procedure described in Example 86 by reacting 4-methoxy-3-(1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-1-trityl-1H-pyrazolo[4,3-c]pyridine with (bromomethyl)cyclobutane to give the title compound (39.6 mg, 64% over two steps). LC-MS (Method G): m/z=284.1 [M+H]+; 3.72 min. 1H-NMR (400 MHz, DMSO): δ 13.73 (s, 1H), 8.13 (s, J=1.4, 1H), 8.04 (dd, J=8.0, J=1.4, 1H), 7.94 (d, J=6.0, 1H), 7.50 (d, J=8.0, 1H), 7.19 (d, J=6.0, 1H), 4.02 (s, 3H), 3.68 (s, 5H), 3.61-3.54 (m, 3H), 3.26-3.20 (m, 3H).
