To a solution of tert-butyl[1-(4-{2-[4-(benzyloxy)phenyl]-9H-imidazo[1,2-d]pyrido[2,3-b][1,4]benzodiazepin-3-yl}phenyl)cyclobutyl]carbamate (236 mg, 0.36 mmol) in THF (10 mL) and MeOH (20 mL) was added 10%-Pd/C (100 mg). The reaction mixture was stirred under atomospheric hydrogen at room temperature for 19 hours. The reaction mixture was filtered through Celite and concentrated. The title compound was gave 125 mg as a white solid. LCMS: 572 [M+H].
