Following the procedure described above for the synthesis of compound 30 (Scheme 8) but substituting compound 29 for compound 36, title compound 37 was obtained in 72% yield. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ (ppm): 8.68 (d, J=1.8 Hz, 1H), 8.64 (d, J=5.5 Hz, 1H), 8.49 (dd, J=10.4, 2.5 Hz, 1H), 8.47 (s, 1H), 8.35 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 1H), 8.23-8.21 (m, 1H), 8.00 (dd, J=8.2, 2.0 Hz, 1H), 7.73 (t, J=8.5 Hz, 1H), 6.99 (d, J=5.5 Hz, 1H), 5.89 (s, 1H), 4.12-4.06 (m, 2H), 4.04-3.98 (m, 2H). MS (m/z): 440.1 (M+H).
