Reaction Steps

TFA (568 mg, 4.98 mmol) was added to solution of N-(3-(1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)-1-(tetrahydro-2H-pyran-2-yl)-1H-indazol-5-yl)cyclopropanecarboxamide (20 mg, 0.050 mmol) in CH2Cl2 (5 mL). The reaction mixture was stirred overnight at room temperature, and then the solvent was removed in vacuo. Purification by flash column chromatography (5% CH3OH/CH2Cl2) afforded the title compound (10 mg) as a pale yellow solid. 1H NMR: (400 MHz, CD3OD): δ 8.63 (s, 1H), 7.80 (m, 2H), 7.68 (d, 1H, J=9.2 Hz), 7.57 (m 2H), 7.49 (d, 1H, J=8.8 Hz), 1.85 (m, 1H), 1.03 (m, 2H), 0.92 (m, 2H); ESI-MS [M+H]+: 318.06.
