The tile compound was prepared from methyl 143R,5R,6S)-5-(3-chlorophenyl)-6-(4-chlorophenyl)-1-((S)-1-cyclopropyl-2-hydroxyethyl)-3-methyl-2-oxopiperidin-3-yl)cyclopropanecarboxylate (35 mg, 0.068 mmol; Example 270, Step D) and cyclopropanesulfonamide (25 mg, 0.20 mmol) by a procedure similar to the one described in Example 202, Step C. Purification of the residue by chromatography on silica gel (4 g SiO2, 45% and 60% EtOAc/Hex) provided the title compound as a pale yellow.
