Reaction Steps
By using 5-(4-aminophenyl)-1H-naphtho[1,2-b][1,4]diazepine-2,4(3H,5H)-dione (25 mg, 0.078 mmol) obtained in Example 1, (3), and 2,4-dichlorobenzoyl chloride (25 mg, 0.118 mmol), the title compound (20 mg, yield 52%) was obtained as white crystals in the same manner as that of Example 1, (4).
