Procedure

5-(4-Aminophenyl)-1H-naphtho[1,2-b][1,4]diazepine-2,4(3H,5H)-dione (10 mg, 0.0315 mmol) obtained in Example 1, (3), and benzenesulfonyl chloride (8.3 mg, 0.0473 mmol) were treated by heating in pyridine (1.0 mL). After the disappearance of the starting materials was confirmed, the same treatment as that of Example 145 was performed to give the title compound (14 mg, yield 97%) as slightly brown amorphous.
