5-(4-Aminophenyl)-1H-naphtho[1,2-b][1,4]diazepine-2,4(3H,5H)-dione (10 mg, 0.032 mmol) obtained in Example 1, (3), and 3-methoxybenzenesulfonyl chloride (13 mg, 0.063 mmol) were treated by heating in pyridine (1.0 mL). After the disappearance of the starting materials was confirmed, the same treatment as that of Example 145 was performed to obtain the title compound (9 mg, yield 59%) as slightly brown amorphous.
