Procedure
5-(4-Aminophenyl)-1H-naphtho[1,2-b][1,4]diazepine-2,4(3H,5H)-dione (30 mg, 0.095 mmol) obtained in Example 1, (3), and 3-pyridinesulfonyl chloride (20 mg, 0.11 mmol) were treated by heating in pyridine (3 mL). A post-treatment was performed in a conventional manner to give N-[4-(2,4-dioxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydronaphtho[1,2-b][1,4]diazepin-5-yl)phenyl]-3-pyridinesulfonamide (40 mg).
