Procedure

The procedures of Steps (1), (2) and (3) of Example 12 and Step (4) of Example 1 were repeated step by step, except for using 1-isocyanato-3-(trifluoromethyl)benzene instead of benzene in Step (1) of Example 12 to obtain the title compound (4.0 mg, 9%).
