Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from tert-butyl (3-cyano-5-hydroxy-indazol-1-yl)-acetic acid tert-butyl ester in a similar manner as described in step G of Scheme A4 for the preparation of methyl 2-(3-acetyl-5-(pyrimidin-2-ylmethoxy)-1H-indazol-1-yl)acetate. MS (LC-MS): 366.0 [M+H]+, tR (HPLC conditions e): 4.63 min.
