(S)-2-(1-((6-Amino-5-bromopyrimidin-4-yl)amino)ethyl)-5-methyl-3-phenylpyrrolo[2,1-f][1,2,4]triazin-4(3H)-one (100 mg, 0.23 mmol) was treated with 2,4-dimethoxy-N-(3-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)phenyl)benzenesulfonamide (191 mg, 0.45 mmol), 2N cesium carbonate (340 μl, 3.08 mmol) and bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene-palladium(II)dichloride dichloromethane complex (20 mg, 0.02 mmol) according to the method described in Example 3 to give 108 mg (73% yield) of the title compound as a solid. Purity 100%.
