(S)-2-(1-((6-Amino-5-bromopyrimidin-4-yl)amino)ethyl)-5-methyl-3-phenylpyrrolo[2,1-f][1,2,4]triazin-4(3H)-one (140 mg, 0.32 mmol) was treated with 4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)-1H-indole (116 mg, 0.48 mmol), sodium carbonate (2M, 715 μl, 1.43 mmol) and 1,1′-bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene-palladium(II)dichloride dichloromethane complex (40 mg, 0.05 mmol) according to the method described in Example 3 to give 6 mg (4% yield) of the title compound as a mixture of diastereoisomers. Purity 99%.
