(S)-2-(1-((6-Amino-5-bromopyrimidin-4-yl)amino)ethyl)-5-methyl-3-phenylpyrrolo[2,1-f][1,2,4]triazin-4(3H)-one (150 mg, 0.34 mmol) was treated with 2,4-difluoro-N-(2-methoxy-5-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)pyridin-3-yl)benzenesulfonamide (280 mg, 0.51 mmol), 2M cesium carbonate (350 μl, 0.70 mmol) and 1,1′-bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene-palladium(II)dichloride dichloromethane complex (30 mg, 0.04 mmol) according to the method described in Example 3 to give 117 mg (50% yield) of the title compound. Purity 97%.
