Reaction Steps
The compound 19 was prepared according to the method described for compound 1 employing thiophenol (1 g, 9.07 mmol), propargylic acid (0.64 g, 9.07 mmol), DCC (1.87 g, 9.07 mmol) and DMAP (7.3 mg, 0.06 mmol) to give brownish liquid compound 19 (1.24 g, 84%). 1H NMR (300 MHz, CD2Cl2) δ 3.40 (s, 1H), 7.46 (s, 5H).
