To a solution of methyl 5-[4-(1-acetylazetidin-2-yl)phenyl]-6-chloro-1H-indole-3-carboxylate (40 mg, 0.11 mmol) in methanol (8 mL) was added 1.0 M aq. NaOH (2.0 mL, 2.0 mmol). The mixture was stirred at 70° C. for 24 hours. The mixture was adjusted to pH 7 and purified by reverse phase HPLC to give the title compound (3 mg, 7% yield) as a white solid.
