Was prepared in the same manner as described in General Procedure Example 1g) using ((5,8-dimethyl-[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrazin-2-yl)methyl)triphenylphosphonium chloride (85 mg, 185 μmol, Eq: 1.00), 3-(pyrrolidin-1-yl)-1-(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole-5-carbaldehyde (50.6 mg, 204 μmol, Eq: 1.1) as starting materials. Chromatography afforded 5,8-dimethyl-2-{2-[5-pyrrolidin-1-yl-2-(2,2,2-trifluoro-ethyl)-2H-[1,2,4]triazol-3-yl]-vinyl}-[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrazine (20 mg/27.5%) as a white viscous oil. MS: m/e=393.5 (M+H+)
