Was prepared in the same manner as described in General Procedure Example 1g) using 1-methyl-3-(pyrrolidin-1-yl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole-5-carbaldehyde (50 mg, 277 μmol, Eq: 1.00) and ((3-methylquinoxalin-2-yl)methyl)triphenylphosphonium chloride (126 mg, 277 μmol, Eq: 1.00) as starting materials. Chromatography afforded 2-Methyl-3-[2-(2-methyl-5-pyrrolidin-1-yl-2H-[1,2,4]triazol-3-yl)-vinyl]-quinoxaline (50 mg, 56.2%) as light yellow solid. MS: m/z=321.4 (M+H+)
