Reaction Steps
By the reaction in the same manner as in Example 29-(i) using 1-(3-bromophenyl)-(1-trityl-1H-imidazol-4-yl)-2-methyl-1-propanol (1.20 g), 4-pyridylboronic acid (754 mg), 2M aqueous sodium carbonate solution (2.23 ml) and tetrakis(triphenylphosphine)palladium(0) (155 mg), the pale-yellow amorphous title compound (1.13 g) was obtained.
