0.7 g of 8-aminomethyl-10H-pyrazino[2,3-b][1,4]-benzothiazine and 1.35 g of N-methyl-1-methylthio-2-nitro-1-ethenamine were dissolved in a solvent mixture of tetrahydrofuran (50 ml) with water (3 ml) and stirred at 60° C. for 8 hours. After filtering off the insoluble matters, the filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (eluted with methanol/dichloromethane) to thereby give 0.14 g of the title compound as yellow crystals.
