Reaction Steps
N-(2,6-Dichlorobenzoyl)-4-[2-(tert-butoxycarbonylamino)phenyl]-L-phenylalanine methyl ester (90 mg) was treated with TFA (1 mL) for 2 h at room temperature. Excess TFA was removed in vacuo to give N-(2,6-dichlorobenzoyl)-4-(2-aminophenyl)-L-phenylalanine methyl ester TFA salt.
