Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from 4-(1,4-dioxa-8-aza-spiro[4.5]dec-8-yl)-3-fluoro-benzaldehyde (which was obtained in Example 59), 2,4 thiazolidinedione and β-alanine according to the procedure of Example 33 as an orange solid; mp 159-160° C.; 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3) δ 7.01 (m, 1H), 7.13-7.22 (m, 2H), 7.71-7.77 (m, 1H); MS (ES) m/z: 363.3 (M−H)−.
